Discovery calls are offered free of charge and carry no obligation to purchase. They are for the purpose of understanding your business needs and explaining how we can help.
Specific payment terms, rates, and billing schedules are established during the onboarding process and outlined in your individual service agreement. Pricing displayed on our website is indicative and subject to confirmation based on your specific requirements.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the working relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.
Any work product created by El Cliente Solutions VAs on your behalf during an active engagement belongs to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Content on our website — including text, branding, and design — is the property of El Cliente Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission.
El Cliente Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Clients may terminate services in accordance with their individual service agreement.
El Cliente Solutions provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid in the most recent billing period.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. El Cliente Solutions operates in good faith and aims to resolve any disputes directly and professionally. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing any formal legal process. As El Cliente Solutions formalizes its business registration, governing jurisdiction details will be updated accordingly.
